Drag Reduction System
The Aircode DRS (Drag Reduction System) is more streamlined, more distinctive, more rigid, more aerodynamic and also more comfortable than the previous Aircode SL. The combination of Lapierre's carbon expertise, from the choice of fibres to the type of construction, and the experience of the Groupama FDJ team, has resulted in a bike that plays with the laws of physics.

Integration work
To further improve aerodynamics, our engineers have worked on integrating the cables and conduits inside the cockpit and the frame. To achieve this, we have developed a specific stem and fork and chosen to use 1.5’’ bearings. This internal routing streamlines the Aircode DRS 8.0.
